over the lava flows

On the royal road we walk through bizarre lava formations. The first comes from the lava flow eruption of the volcano Charco, who started in 1712 at three locations below the Cumbre Vieja and extends to Charco Verde, south of Puerto Naos. The king path leads us through deserted villages and past places of worship of the Natives. In a Tagaror, the meeting place of the natives, we have a rest. We now reach the second lava of the volcano Jedey / Tajuya from 1585, whose origin we can see from the battlements and mighty dome in the distance. Due to the impressive lava of the volcano San Juan we reach our goal by narrow footpaths, the artistically designed square of Las Manchas, Plaza La Glorieta. Here we get a typical local drink and meal.
